Directions
Yoga Ananda is located in the Museum District @1822 West Alabama. (Between Shepherd and Woodhead) . The studio is in the lower east side unit. (Across from the Chocolate Bar and next to Divino's Restaurant.) Park in the gravel lot next to the building during the day and walk down the driveway of 1822.The yoga studio entrance is in the back.

Tips
Come Prepared
Arrive 10 minutes before class.
Come hydrated.
Practice on a relatively empty stomach.
Bring a sticky mat (first class beginners may borrow one)
Bring a towel or Mysore rug.
Bring a bottle of water.
Bring an open mind
Let go and get ready to flow
