Join us for the premiere of a new, immersive performance work by the Transitory Sound and Movement Collective, the Houston-based interdisciplinary collaborative led by artist Lynn Lane. Follow explores fears of being followed–literally and figuratively, including ideas of the self, our psychological conflicts, and the Jungian dark side. Dynamic movement created by dancers Jennifer Mabus (choreographer) and Seth McPhail unfolds in an environment of original video and a live soundscape created by Lynn Lane with vocalist Federico de Michelis (bass-baritone). Through a mix of structure and improvisation, Follow is a unique creative conversation of sense and response.
