Africa Yoga Project is a non-profit organization that teaches yoga to impoverished street children of East Africa. Through yoga the students have access to well-being practices as well as empowerment through a means of economic livelihood.

How can you help? Come Friday, bring your friends, watch a film on the AYP, buy a tshirt, do some yoga and spread the word. Yoga Ananda sponsors this free event with Aurora Picture Show and the Inman Gallery, but we are asking for a love donation for the class. There are plenty of room for mats. We hope each of you can come, this is a great cause. Join us!

DIRECTIONS
Inman Gallery is at 3901 Main Street between West Alabama and Richmond.  Park in the gravel lot on the corner of Truxillo and Main Street. Please bring a mat or 2, note that the floor is concrete not wood.

ACROYOGA
Acroyoga blends the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai massage, and the dynamic power of acrobatics. Ashley and Jason will be leading an acroyoga workshop Sat. Nov. 8th 1:30-3:30pm @ Yoga Ananda. Funds from this class will also be given to the AYP.
