In collaboration with The Menil Collection, Aurora presents a selection of early 20th-century short films.  Join Peter Mowris, University of Texas Research Fellow-in-Residence at The Menil Collection, for films directed by artists like Fernand Léger, Rene Clair and Hans Richter.  The series will feature films that experiment with the abstract depiction of space in cinema from that period.  The screening is in association with the exhibition Imaginary Spaces: Selections from The Menil Collection from August 22 through March 1.
