Aurora and Public Poetry have collaborated on an exploration of our city through the creative fusion of words and moving image. Local writers and filmmakers have been selected, paired, and commissioned to create short "filmpoems" relating to people, places, and experiences specific to Houston. Presented as part of the annual REELpoetry Film Festival, Location: Houston premieres the results of these new, creative collaborations, with many of the participating artists in attendance.
