COMMON FIELD HOUSTON MEET-UP
Tuesday, January 22 (7:30-10 PM)
If you are an arts organizer, please join us for this free-admission gathering and conversation. Common Field brings together Houston's artist-centered spaces, projects, and organizers to discuss challenges, opportunities, and ideas relevant to local context. Attendees can also learn more about how Common Field serves as a national resource to connect a broader field of artist-centric spaces and projects across the country.
The goals of this Meet-Up are to identify and connect the Houston artist organization field; talk about our opportunities and challenges, what we need, and what role Common Field might play in amplifying our work and ideas; share and identify if and how we are sharing resources with each other; encourage agency, inject energy and discuss the local field; and learn about Common Field, the upcoming Philadelphia Convening (Apr. 25-28, 2019) and opportunities for support.
