Co-presented by Aurora Picture Show and The Menil Collection Free Admission
Aurora and The Menil Collection present this lively, annual evening of community-sourced projections covering the museum’s façade. Originally inspired by artist Rafaël Rozendaal’s Berlin events and the spread of global BYOB gatherings, this has become a Houston tradition for participants and picnicking audiences alike since 2013. This outdoor event is free to attend, and you're encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, food, etc. Food truck Moon Rooster and popsicle stand Popston will also be on hand. NOTE: In the case of inclement weather, this will take place the following Saturday, May 14.
All are invited to contribute their own video, film, overhead projector, or slide imagery to BYOB 2022, though we require participants to register here by April 26.
