Ann Arbor Film Festival (Programs 3-4)

Aurora is pleased to welcome back the Ann Arbor Film Festival Tour, the hall of fame of experimental media. This is a great program for those new to Aurora, and allows for sampling a variety of genres. Visit www.aafilmfest.org.
The Ann Arbor Film Festival is a non-profit arts organization that has a long-standing tradition of showcasing independent and experimental film. As the oldest festival of its kind in North America the festival features works from across the country and around the world in every category, including animation, documentary, narrative, experimental, and personal documentary
Programs three and four on Sunday, August 19, feature the films 7am by Imogen Stidworthy, Wolves in the Woods by BJ Schwartz, Waving the Flag by Sheila Sofan, Friend Film by Colin V. Barton, Monument by Alain Delannoy, Hammer and Fame by Vaughn Piikian, Dear Bill Gates by Sarah Christman, Black and White Trypps Number 3 by Ben Russell, A Room with Askew by Gregory Godhard, Orbit by Kerry Laitala, Silk Ties by Jim Jennings, Market Street by Tomonari Nishikawa, Block by Emily Richardson, Ema/Emaki 2 by Takashi Ishida and Pump by Sinisa Kukic.
