Extremely Shorts Film Festival Internship

Aurora Picture Show provides a university college-enrolled or recent graduate with an internship opportunity to work in non-profit arts administration. This internship position will provide a range of experiences working with the management of our annual film festival, Extremely Shorts. We seek an individual to assist with the 20th anniversary of Extremely Shorts Film Festival featuring film and video under 3 minutes long from artists around the world.

The intern will assist with: 
• Submissions to both Extremely Shorts and Extremely Young
• Communications with artists/filmmakers for Extremely Shorts, Extremely Young and The Best of Extremely Shorts programs
• Organization, administrative and data management assistance
• Reel building and media management assistance 

Qualifications and Requirements: 
• Understand Aurora Picture show mission and objectives
• Eager to learn 
• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to working 5-10 hours per week 
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator
• Assistance with Festival events on May 18, 19, 20
• Start date: March 1, End date: May 27

Includes a stipend of $200
