The Idea Fund supports Houston-area artists, curators, and collaboratives in the creation of innovative, experimental, public-facing visual art projects that expand how we think of art existing in the world. Funded by The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, administered locally by a partnership of DiverseWorks, Project Row Houses, and Aurora Picture Show, and selected by a panel of arts professionals and past grant recipients, The Idea Fund has a long history of seeding unconventional, interventionist, conceptual, participatory, and guerrilla artistic practices.
