This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Aurora Picture Show website. On the site, you can make donations, purchase tickets to events, order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

- Email Address
- Phone Number
 
For your security, we do not retain any credit/debit card information collected on our website.
 
The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order and to send you a receipt. We do not share this information with anyone except to the extent necessary to complete your order. We may also use this information to solicit feedback about the events, products, or services you purchased. We may also use this information to make you aware of other events, products, or services you may be interested in. When we send emails about events, products, or services other than those you have purchased, each email message contains links to easily and securely either unsubscribe from announcements of a certain type or all emails. Once you have unsubscribed, you will no longer receive emails from Aurora Picture Show unless you specifically request to re-subscribe.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with anyone.

We do not advertise on our website and do not provide any information to advertisers.

We occasionally share postal addresses with other local non-profit arts groups.  This is not common and is always on a one-time-use basis.  

We never share your email address with any outside person or organization for any reason.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
