Independent Days: Low- and No-Budget Film Festival
Deadline: December 31, 2009 The October deadline is for competition films. Out-of-competition films are accepted up to the December deadline. Terms of participation in general remain as in the years before: we have no specific guidelines regarding running time, genre or format. However, the production costs of the films must not exceed 2.500 Euro per minute of running time. We will differentiate between the categories “No Budget” and “Low Budget”.
