GATHERING OUR HEARTS
AT STANDING ROCK
NOTE DATE CHANGE: Monday, April 17 (7:30pm)
Admission: Pay what you wish at the door
Filmmaker Fidel Moreno in attendance.

Join us for this work-in-progress screening of the new documentary Gathering Our Hearts at Standing Rock by Oscar-nominated and Telly Award-winning filmmaker Fidel Moreno, with Moreno in attendance. Including interviews with a range of First Nation people and non-Indian supporters, the documentary project chronicles the story of the Water Protectors at Standing Rock and their connection to the history of the American Indian Movement. The hour-long screening will be followed by a traditional water ceremony and brief Q&A with the director.

Admission is pay what you wish at the door. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Donations will equally benefit the Standing Rock community (through Cedric Goodhouse, Hunkpapa Lakota Chairman of the Long Soldier District of Fort Yates on the Standing Rock Reservation) and the completion of the film.
